Clinical Evaluations for Immigration Cases

Psychological immigration evaluations help to give the immigration official or judge a real-life, objective view of the impact being forced to leave the U.S. and return to your country of origin would have on you and/or your loved ones.  It allows the person reviewing your case to be informed about the invisible scars of trauma you have experienced, or are subject to experience if the case is not decided in your favor.  Many immigration attorneys  recommend these evaluations to help strengthen your case.  If this has not come up in discussion with your attorney, feel free to ask.

Evaluations consist of two video conference meetings-held approximately one week apart-to gather information about about you, the case, and last from 60-90 minutes long.  A detailed report of findings is provided within 4 weeks of the last scheduled meeting.  Rush services are available for an additional fee.

Appointments are offered during the day, evenings, and weekends, making our services accessible to everyone.

Our fees are as follows:

Standard Evaluation: $1500

All evaluations include 2 sessions with the client, each lasting 1-1.5 hours, consultation with your immigration attorney, and a written report between 10-13 pages, completed within 4 weeks of the last scheduled meeting.

Expedited Evaluation: $2000

For evaluations needed more urgently, a written report can be expedited and completed within 2 weeks of the last scheduled meeting.

Emergency Evaluation: $2500

For clients requiring prioritized appointment times, with the first appointment occurring within 24 hours of calling to schedule, emergency evaluations are available.  The written report is completed within 48 hours of the last scheduled meeting.

For your convenience we accept all major credit cards and debit cards.  Payment plans are available upon request, with half of the fee due at the first appointment, and the balance due upon completion of the written report.
